This salad is very easy gourmet tasting. In fact, it is so delicious that your guests will think you worked on it (when to do in a few minutes!). Just take a few pieces of pineapple (fresh or canned) with cucumbers, onions, in a house easier Thai salad dressing and voila sliced peppers and peanuts together - a perfect salad that looks and tastes like yes same summer !
