Easy Baked fish fillet in banana leaf

A baking sheet or pan with paper, folding the flaps, if your hand is flat to prevent leaks (here I am with my bread). Place the package of fish in foil, folded side down to avoid unpacking fish. Or, ensure each packet with a satay stick weaving through the tip of the blade (more Satay Sticks can be broken in half for this purpose). It is very well presented, if the company serves.

Cooking fish packs for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until fish flakes easily and the interior flesh is translucent.

Meanwhile, the rest of the sauce, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a minimum to keep warm.
