Easy Thai salad with fresh mango and ...

This green mango salad is drizzled with basil dressing fat and total but delicious. He comes to us compliments Peco Nagai, my good friend and exquisite Thai cooking. The texture is light and delicious - great as a side dish for almost every meal. You can also have lunch or dinner salad toss in cooked shrimp or tofu or grilled fish or chicken. And you do not have the "maturity" of the handle worry - at full maturity will work anywhere from half-ripe, sweet and bitter flavors that work well with Thai food.
