How crab cakes my favorite!
I love ordering crab cakes at my favorite restaurant, and I could not believe that the home version could be just as good or better - but it is! I had to add some panko to keep it, but it was very easy to do and takes only 35 minutes to do! I found the lime leaves in my local gourmet style supermarket right next to other fresh herbs (in small packages sold). In any case, make this the next time we have company.
