Real green papaya salad (not Pilon & amp; ...

No mortar in the kitchen? Do not worry! Som Tam This recipe can be easily without the need to nail this popular Thai salad. I want a mortar not get me wrong, but sometimes when I'm using, I feel a bit like a cave woman dinner for her husband. It can sometimes be fun, but sometimes I am found me dirty and hard work. I know how to do it the traditional way, and how not - and there is little difference in taste. For this recipe you will need only a small chopper or food processor. You can green (unripe) papaya in most supermarkets to find, or select an Asian market. While raw green beans are part of this court, I do not add (find it difficult to digest), so I made this choice. This salad is great served alone or as a site for all Thai cuisine. When he almost always served the star player in Thailand with sticky rice on the side (see link at the bottom of this recipe, how to do this).
