This is a Thai dessert that is just too fast with a mixer, blender or food processor impact. In Thailand, it should be dampened as a rule, but I found the cooking in the oven is only as good and less messy. A great way to use leftover bananas, and the dessert you can put together in less than 10 minutes. Dessert served hot, cold or at room temperature is also creamy tasting tropical healthy, low in fat and calories. ENJOY!
