Imagine biting into a juicy fried prawns in tempura covered so light coconut flavor flavor - delicious! The coconut shrimp recipe is great as an aperitif, tapas plate or party food. Excellent eaten on their own or with a sweet chili sauce, or my own fresh mango sauce (see recipe link) served.
