This classic Thai fish is very flexible - either on your outdoor cooker fried (instructions included) or grilled, and you can use almost any type of fish. In Thailand, small and medium-sized whole fish are used for this dish, so I chose a rainbow trout that perfect shot - the taste was exactly as I remember from the beaches of Thailand. Only you marinate the fish in the fish sauce, then fry or grill quickly. Pour extend beyond the Thai special sauce and serve immediately. Delicious!
