This pumpkin and sweet potato curry is nice to serve, and so delicious. Makes for a tasty dish, but also a meal in itself. Chickpeas can be used as an additional source of protein, which makes it a perfect dish for vegetarians / vegans - are added making (delicious in both directions, which was tested with and without the chickpeas). The curry sauce is made easy by scatch, making it both fresh and healthy taste. And since this curry is thick with coconut milk, is natually gluten. Try it out and see how you really wonderful to develop vegetables!
