This recipe for baked tilapia is delicious and easy to make Thai. Although this same dish in Thailand damped, I find it easier and cooking results so delicious. This recipe for tilapia has dark rich tamarind, which is a fruit that grows in many parts of Asia. Make it easy on yourself and buy tamarind paste in a Chinese grocery, Asian or Indian prepared. The sauce is a combination of sweet and sour, with a hint of pepper, garlic and ginger. Note that other types of white fish with this recipe, if you can not find the tilapia, such as cod, flounder, redfish, etc .... enjoy!
