Shrimp chips can be done in two ways: fried, or in the
microwave for chips :. Just put a few chips on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 seconds until the fries "swell". Although this is a simpler and faster manner as frying, often not the entire chip properly cooked. As with the popcorn, I personally prefer the traditional fried method (despite the extra calories).
The fry potatoes:
Pour about 3/4 to 1 cup (about 1/2 inch to 1 inch deep) cooking oil in the bottom of a small wok or pan. Rapeseed oil works well, or oil that has a high temperature. Smoke point (in this case the use of grape seed oil).
