Miang Kham is a traditional Thai food, which translates "many things in one bite." I call it an explosion of taste in the mouth. Combine Coco, small prawns, chilli, garlic, ginger and lemon to make this amazing effect. Traditionally, banana leaves are used, but I think spinach or lettuce leaves can be eaten the same level and in contrast to the banana leaves. Miang Kham is a dish that can be found among the street vendors, and is equally at home in an elegant Thai restaurant. Try it, and be willing to share!
