Each of the following ingredients Thai has many health benefits and can stimulate the immune system. CURCUMA
Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, known as anti-inflammatory agents alleviate symptoms of allergies, and arthritis (or a condition characterized by excessive inflammation). - Protecting the body against bacterial infections (wounds)
- Fight against skin cancer and breast cancer in animal experiments.
More turmeric to your diet, try to eat the curry week (the kind that contains turmeric as a yellow curry) at least once.

Galangal
Although foreign to most of us in the West, has many of the parents ginger health benefits, including its ability to aid digestion.
Galangal is now cultivated in most Southeast Asian countries, but it is harvested for use in the kitchen and medicine in China and Java. In the Middle Ages galangal and widely used in Europe. Regarded as "the spice of life" of St. Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), galangal was one of his favorite remedy in fact.
