After 15-20 minutes, remove the lid. With a fork or chopsticks, rice hinge side so you can see the bottom of the pot. If there is still a quarter inch or more remaining coconut water, replace the lid and cook the rice for another 5 minutes. (In my case, you can see the bottom of the pot, so more cooking is needed.)
