INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of large dry rice husk (also called "rice paper")
- 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey, sliced or cut into small pieces thrown 2-3 c. Fish sauce (or substitute 1 cup of cooked small shrimp or medium -. Fresh, canned or frozen mixed in 2 tablespoons soy sauce) - If a vegetarian baked tofu, wheat gluten replacement or flavored
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped into pieces when the leaves are large
- 1/2 large cucumber, cut into pieces like matches
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
Without rice rolls by giving each of the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
