Thai Vegetable Stir Fry

Make a good roasted vegetables amounts to a kind of art. You build from the ground, the eyes with garlic and ginger, then gradually add the sauce and other vegetables. The for quite tasty vegetables without improving overwhelming, and the types of vegetables that you can use sauce makes a difference in taste. The best vegetables are the ones that absorb the sauce. I gave you an example here of my favorites, but I feel free to try your own combination. How jumped for the sauce is the key in stock - make sure it is sufficiently strong and tasty (like a soup).
