Use a mortar or a processor Helicopter / finger food to 3-4 cloves of garlic, Thai red chilies 2/1 (or 3/4 to 2 tsp. Dried ground pepper to pepper) and handful of green beans.
Tip: The green beans are optional. If you have, use them as they help to reduce the heat of peppers. Otherwise, this is also very tasty salad without them.
