Thai Dish grilled fish slightly windy day!

Suckerfish This simple recipe has a permanent place in your summer menu. It is so tender and make delicious fusion-in-your-mouth. Each fish fillets are only garlic marinated, then grilled perfectly in a Thai chili sauce. This dish is delicious with white fish such as cod, tilapia, Basa and trout and salmon I have performed with spectacular results. Serve with Thai jasmine rice and a fresh summer salad as my 10 minutes Thai salad for dinner simple, exquisite summer. Combine it with a cold beer and white wine.
