Setting a Thai mango salad ...

For the dressing mix in a cup:
  • 3c. Fish sauce or fish sauce vegetarian, O 4 c. if vegetarian soy sauce
  • 3c. Lime juice
  • 1-2 c. brown sugar (to taste)
  • 1 chopped chilli chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon. Cayenne pepper or 1-2 c. Chili

Set dressing aside.
