Thai Curry Prawns with orange flavor

The Thai Curry Prawns offers flavors of orange and coconut on a divine combination you will not soon forget. The curry is easy to install and so exquisite. This seems to be a new creation, but in fact is a very old recipe authentic Thai Region Central Plains of Thailand (called "Geng Som Pla" in Thai). Usually done with fish, but in this case I replaced shrimp, which I think works very well. Add as much or as little heat (pepper) you prefer - without chili at all for a sensitive stomach between us and it was just wonderful. Serve with rice or pasta of your choice and enjoy the taste of the old Thai food in your own kitchen.
