This soup is one of my favorites of all time, and there is also a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free to be, making it perfect for those who happen to cook perfect. The first time I had this soup after visiting the mountainous region neighboring Malaysia. It was cold and raining the whole trip, and when I returned, the soup seemed to have great appeal. When I tried the hot broth, I felt my nervousness melts and oh so relaxing it was! It is the combination of lemongrass and coconut milk, do it, and add rice noodles actually an added bonus. If you prefer wheat pasta or eggs, are pleased - this soup is well suited to many interpretations with great success. Have fun!
