Thai Vegetable Stir Fry (Vegan / Gluten Free)

Thai Stir vegetables is easy to make and very tasty! Sprang the sauce makes this dish sing - a combination of coconut milk, soy sauce, lemon and chili. The recipe is very flexible, allowing you to add your own choice of vegetables depending on what you have on hand, or what is readily available where you live. Add a final garnish of fresh basil and pepper, and you an authentic Thai vegetarian dish, the good and nutritionally balanced gourmet is to have. (Note: Cubes of fresh or fried tofu or chicken strips can be added to this main dish.) Enjoy!
