In Canada it is pretty easy to find, especially in the West - just ask your food / asian chinese local grocery store. In the United States, the mangosteen has recently become legally sell, so you can still be a challenge to find. There is but (I have a friend who recently found a market in Chinatown in New York). Otherwise, I recommend you to order food imports - fresh mangosteen delivered to your home.
Benefits of mangosteen Mangosteen is also known for its antioxidant properties and Mico nutrients. I try to eat fruit whenever possible and take 2 tablespoons. Mangosteen juice every day with my dinner for her and her wonderful calming effect on my nervous system antioxidant. Also, if I eat or mangosteen juice, I realized I sweet as I look.
