Thai chicken curry with jasmine rice - dazzling ...

Preparation
  1. Heat some oil in a wok or large, then the garlic and onion. Stir to release the flavors, then add the chicken. Saute briefly, then add the broth and dried spices.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Add the tomato puree or tomato sauce, kaffir lime leaves, lemon or lime juice and fish sauce. Now is a good time to all the vegetables you want (see recipe below for suggestions) add. Simmer until chicken through, boiled for about 15 minutes.
