In restaurants today, chicken wings are fried generally, often heavy and greasy. However, my husband is a big fan of this kind of wing, so I had a pretty good recipe for it with a version of roast in the oven to be satisfied. Well, this recipe makes the rounds! Now that they actually prefer to fried them, and I agree. These wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside tender, with the right amount of spices. Here I have a sweet chili dipping sauce that we like include, but feel free to use your own favorite sauce, or see below for more options soaking recipe. The other thing I want to mention is that salt: feel free to add or replace your own, if you like the taste of curry, try curry powder or a mixture of Thai spices could run dry. ENJOY!
