Mango Cake Wonderful!

During the visit to Thailand, you may be lucky, a slice of coconut cake and exotic fruits such as mango these wonderful cakes. This cake is cool, soft, moist and delicious, and it's not hard to do. If you can control the ripe mango fresh is best, but canned mango would be a good substitute. This is a great cake for spring or summer when mangoes are in season, and even little children. The other thing I love about this cake decorating - It's easy! After the formation of ice, some mango take and add some fresh fruit of your choice - blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries - everything looks beautiful. ENJOY!
