Photo Guide Thai Green Papaya Salad

You can use a grater to grate the papaya or destroy, as in Thailand (photo here). Just make long cuts in the meat, then cut the top layer in a container. Continue until all triturated papaya.

All parts can be cut into strips with a knife.

Note that Thai chefs preforms disparage usually an optional step here shredded papaya with a pestle to extract juice. Another way is to put half of the grated papaya in a food processor and pulse briefly. Mix with the rest of papaya.
