Your guide to food and fruit grapefruit ...

Hold the grapefruit on the side. Share with a sharp end portion of the shaft, a flat top in grapefruit knife.

Now mark (deep to cut you might have, by the skin, which can be up to several centimeters thick), the grapefruit by slicing down through skin. Make similar cuts around the outside of grapefruit, as shown in the figure. Then pull the skin of the back (like a banana).
